I received a very warm welcome from the girl at the counter. She was polite, smiling, and very friendly. The service was also very quick and excellent; I hardly had to wait at all! I highly recommend it!

I've been coming to O'Tacos since it opened several years ago and I'm still just as satisfied. The welcome is always warm, especially from the girls behind the counter who are always pleasant, smiling, and professional. As for the food, I've often dealt with Hassan, who does an excellent job. The tacos are always well-prepared, generous, and high-quality, with a consistency that's hard to find elsewhere. That's why I'm quite surprised by some of the negative reviews. For my part, after all these years of regular visits, I've never been disappointed. Thank you to the whole team for your dedication, your warm welcome, and your hard work every day. We went to eat at O' Tacos in Montivilliers and were well received; they helped us at the self-service kiosk. I chose a meat, fries, and cheese order, which was very generous. My wife ordered two meat orders and couldn't finish them because they were so large. I recommend it if you're passing through. You won't be disappointed. The welcome was very warm and they were attentive.

It was definitely better before. The quality of the products for the past year or two has really been disappointing. EVERY TIME, there are bits of bone in my ground beef tacos. I seriously wonder if you're buying dog food, there's so much of it... Occasionally, extras are forgotten, and the sizes are inconsistent (I ordered a size L when I bought an XL). In short, there are many areas for improvement, but for now, it's a complete zero. I don't think I'll be back and will stick to the homemade tacos from the local kebab shop, if only for the quality of the meat—there won't be any bones.

Despite all the negative reviews people give you, you haven't changed a thing. My daughter brought me one of your tacos for lunch today, lol. Between the size, the completely undercooked fries, and the unbelievably small amount of meat, 8 euros is a total rip-off! Avoid at all costs; you'll definitely find something better. And I'm being polite because I'm well-mannered. 😉

We ate at this restaurant. The waitress gave us a spoon for dessert, but I noticed there were traces of chocolate on it. So I politely asked her to replace it, which she did without any problem. However, at the end of the meal, the owner (who seemed to be the waitress's father) came to us aggressively to ask why we had asked for a different spoon, claiming that his restaurant was clean. We didn't understand this completely disproportionate reaction. At the time, I didn't leave a review, but after reflection, I think it's important to share this experience. Judging by other similar reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. A disappointing experience that I do not recommend.

Honestly, I'm very disappointed… I paid €9.70 for a taco, and the size is ridiculously small. It's more like a snack than a real taco; it probably weighed barely 140g. For that price, you expect something more substantial. Especially coming from a franchise like yours, it's even more surprising. You expect a minimum of consistency and a generous portion size. It's a shame because the taste wasn't bad, but the value for money is definitely not there.
