Nice and cool for kids

This is outrageous! When I opened my son's Happy Meal, I realized the toy was missing. My son went to tell an employee. She came to get my order number, and another employee returned 10 minutes later, telling me they had checked the cameras and that they had indeed included the toys. I told her to search me, that I'm neither a thief nor a liar. I showed her my bag. She insisted they had checked the cameras and that they had included the toy. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my children, but this is unacceptable. My son didn't get his toy, and they made me look like a thief and a liar. Be careful with your orders.

The waitress told us to go straight ahead without going to the counter since I'd used my points. As a result, the blonde woman who was always in charge implied we were thieves. Courtesy and professionalism aren't exactly commonplace, it seems.

Fast service.

Extremely disappointed. They forgot things in the order. No World Cup items even though it ends at the end of the month. Also, the children's menu had no toys.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Only four employees during peak summer season and weekends. Over an hour's wait at the drive-thru! Unheard of.

After waiting 25 minutes in the parking lot for click & collect, I decided to go to the reception desk. The person pretended not to see me, and my order was left sitting on the counter until someone finally came out. Once someone did decide to help me, they looked at my order and said, "Oh yes, it's just been finished," even though the bag hadn't been touched for a while. In the end, my food was cold and my bag of fries was almost empty.

This McDonald's is a disgrace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Saturday, July 11, 2026, 9:00 PM My son vomited, which can happen to anyone in this heatwave. My husband asked for something to clean up. After 10-15 minutes, an employee came back with a kit containing a visor, gown, and gloves. He didn't seem very competent. I told him I just wanted something to clean up. He gave me a roll of paper towels and told me to figure it out myself, not a bucket. I asked a young woman for a shovel to make it easier to clean up, and she laughed and told me they didn't have any. I asked to speak to a manager, but no one came. I decided to hurry and cleaned up as best I could. They didn't even ask if my son was feeling better, or offer him a glass of water. I will never set foot in that place again. Besides, the restaurant isn't clean, and I won't even mention the restrooms. A complete disgrace! Well done to the manager who takes absolutely no responsibility. Her management training needs a serious overhaul, frankly. She should even change careers. I gave it one star, but for me, it doesn't even deserve that.

The wait at the drive-thru is endless! It would be wise to park your vehicles with incomplete orders to speed up the process! Because waiting 40 minutes before reaching the announcer is ridiculous.
