I was disappointed to see bees directly on the cream puffs displayed in the window, eating the sugar. It's not very reassuring from a hygiene standpoint. I mentioned it to the saleswoman, but I got the impression my comment wasn't taken seriously. I hope this problem will be addressed to better protect the products on display. I find it really unacceptable!

Passed by at 11:15 and not a single baguette for sale.

Yesterday, leaving the cinema at 7:58 pm, I was greeted by two kind people who even offered to slice my bread, even though it was the end of their shift. Just one complaint... how can they leave employees working without air conditioning? It must have been 35 degrees Celsius! It's not just in hospitals and schools that people are hot and suffocating! It's unpleasant even for the customer!

Came today Bought an anti-waste basket Well, we were very disappointed. I never thought that by doing this we would be treated like animals, and even then… Everything was just thrown haphazardly into the bag. My boyfriend arrived at the car shocked to have been served this way. So I went to see the employees present in the bakery and asked to see a manager. According to them, there was no manager in the bakery until Thursday. So I will come back on Thursday to see a manager. JP, she took a picture, and I'll let you be the judge.

Is it acceptable to talk to a customer while chewing gum? Yesterday, the baguettes were burnt, really black, or undercooked!

Arrived at 7:00 PM just for bread. Only one employee serving customers. Another one behind her was on her cell phone, joking with people in the kitchen. So, an endless wait behind pizza orders. They didn't even think to ask if anyone just wanted bread. Next time, I'm going to Feuillette; I'll save myself some time.
