The teams and managers were excellent; they do a great job. The disrespectful customers I saw were very well received by Clara and Jordan.

It's a shame to be systematically taxed outside the restaurant.

I'm giving one star because I'm required to post a review. 0 stars for my McDonald's visit. First, we arrived and a woman found a hair in her wrap. Which didn't reassure me at all. While watching the woman make our ice cream, I noticed she was using a napkin to scrape it off. So much for hygiene! I immediately pointed this out so I wouldn't have this product and risk getting sick. And it continued during the meal; we found another hair in the ice cream. The manager came to speak to us. He was very arrogant and asked us to compensate by offering us a free product. We refused, given the numerous mistakes. The manager made insulting and threatening remarks. Here are the responses to our comments: We asked to see the manager. He told us the manager is never present. The place. I'm posting this review in the hope of having the opportunity to speak with the manager in person. I won't go into detail about the state of the dining room... Sincerely
