McDonald's

Yesterday we were at a McDonald's in Pontorson, France, and there we were allowed into the restaurant with our dog, and the dog was given a bowl of water with ice without us having to ask for it. With that expectation, we drove to the McDonald's in Le Havre (rue Gustave Surrerier) today. The supervisor did not allow the dog in the restaurant. It is also indicated at the entrance. We were allowed on the terrace with the dog, though. At 38 degrees Celsius, that is not pleasant. The dog was given water with ice upon request. We ate something. I expect McDonald's to have a clear policy regarding dogs. You don't make your customers sit outside in 38 degrees.

Hi, I wanted to leave a message for the McDonald's at Le Pressoir in Le Havre. The manager, Harrison, is truly exceptional: very efficient, quick, and very intelligent. And I also want to recommend his colleague, Alison, who is just as efficient. It's a really good McDonald's with a great atmosphere; I recommend it to everyone. Do you want me to send it like that?

Meh, it's expensive and sometimes they forget the sauces or fries when you order...

Not fast, not friendly, and the hamburgers are cold and ruined in the papers.

Welcoming, it's a shame we didn't have any drinks! Also, the stools fixed to the floor aren't practical, especially with a high chair; a few details to reconsider…

The waiter, the gentleman with the ponytail, always goes to smoke in front of the establishment, letting other colleagues work for him. No benefit to the company!!!

As a regular customer of this restaurant, tonight I ordered as usual through the app. I asked for a two-patty Extreme Mac and a Royal Bacon. When I got home, I noticed that the Extreme Mac only had one patty and the Royal Bacon had no bacon at all! Honestly, if now, in addition to checking if we have everything in our order, we have to open the bags to be sure we're getting the burgers we ordered? Shameful!

I recommend it. Fast service and friendly staff. The restaurant is very clean.
