Excellent pizzeria! The staff is very friendly and truly attentive to customers. I was particularly impressed by their helpfulness and kindness on the phone. The pizza was excellent, flavorful, and generously topped. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend this pizzeria! 😊

This pizza was so delicious it was almost too good to eat, and the price was really reasonable. The last time I had pizzas this good was at a very highly regarded restaurant. It was so good, a very pleasant discovery. I'll definitely be back; the staff is very welcoming and the waitress is very kind!

We placed our order at 6:46 PM for delivery at 8:30 PM. By 9:00 PM, we still hadn't received anything. We called to get some information, but the estimated delivery time kept changing: first a 15-minute wait, then 20 minutes, and finally another 25 minutes just to prepare the order. Faced with this significant delay and the lack of reliable information, we requested a goodwill gesture, which was refused. The only response we received was a simple "sorry." Beyond the delay (over an hour late), we were particularly disappointed by the customer service we received over the phone. The person we spoke to was unfriendly and unpleasant, which only exacerbated our dissatisfaction. A delay can happen, but the lack of consideration for the customer and the absence of a solution are unacceptable. We are very disappointed with this experience.

Best pizzeria in Le Havre! The crust is light, crispy, and perfectly cooked. The welcome is warm, the staff are smiling and very attentive. The atmosphere is friendly and you feel right at home. Every visit is a real pleasure. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzerias I've ever had the chance to discover. I recommend it 100%! 🍕👏

Order placed today at 7 PM… then I decided to call at 9 PM because the order was supposed to arrive at my house at 8:30 PM… she told me the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes, then 25 minutes, so delivery would be at 10 PM! No attempt at customer service, unpleasant person!! Honestly, there are several other pizzerias in Le Havre that are just as good with better service!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

We are very regular customers, both through Uber Eats and directly. No complaints whatsoever; the pizzas are excellent value for money, and they are also very customer-oriented and responsive. I highly recommend them and will definitely keep ordering!
