Domino's Pizza

The staff is pleasant and the pizzas are good, but the website change is a disaster. Why change something that works so well into an absolute mess? The "buy one get one free" offer used to be automatic, and now you have to "select" anything, so you think you're getting two pizzas for the price of one, but no, you pay full price. It's pathetic. If you're not careful, it's all about the money. Anyway, I used to like it, but goodbye Domino's Pizza.

The team was so cute, everyone was so friendly, it put us in such a great mood! Well, the pizza was... well, you know, but the team was fantastic, I highly recommend them! Plus, we got the buy one get one free promotion, we paid €7 each, it was Gucci pizza!

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not answer the questions I asked. I was not disputing the existence of promotional conditions. I was simply asking why a "buy one, get one free" offer, displayed when I placed my Uber Eats order, was not applied in my case. Your response mentions promotional terms without specifying which ones or explaining concretely why this offer was not honored. I also regret that my complaint regarding the telephone service I received did not result in any explanation or proposed solution. To date, I therefore remain without a clear answer to the substance of my complaint.

Two pizzas for €52, when they're usually €25, simply because I didn't pay the price of a medium for the large. I'll never come back.

The receptionist who takes orders is very bitter, she's not smiling, she's aggressive, she's not suited to be in retail, 40 minutes to wait for 2 pizzas….

Uh, the prices need to be reviewed, is this Etchebest in the kitchen or what? 20 bucks for a small pizza is absurd, I don't even pay that much in Paris.
