The service was unpleasant: a waiter stared at us while we looked at the menu, which was unnerving. On top of that, he dropped a sandwich he tried to replace, but when I told him it wasn't the right one (because the labels were reversed between the chicken mayo and the crispy chicken), he refused to replace it. And no goodbye either… I'll never go back.

The drinks weren't chilled. By the time I realized this, I'd already paid. They told me all the drinks had just been chilled and refused to exchange the cans, even though they were sealed. I asked for ice, and they didn't have any. If I wanted a hot drink, I could go to Carrefour and pay half price.

Hello, I went in this morning and asked for some bread that wasn't too well-done. A tall man with a black mustache deliberately put the leftover bread on top of the undercooked bread, claiming it was for him. This is the second time I've been to this bakery, and both times he's done the same thing. He said I'm too demanding. If we can't choose our bread the way we want, that's outrageous! And what's more, he says this—he can't even say it to a customer! 😡

2 stars 🌟: for the food, which has declined in quality since they opened. The sandwiches, pizzas, and croque-monsieur are noticeably less generous. Hopefully, this will change. 5 stars 🌟 for the service, as the two servers I saw that day were very friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your warm welcome. 3 stars 🌟 for the atmosphere; it's a simple and decent place.

When you display a price at the point of sale, it would be good to respect it and not mislead the customer. For example, a "smart menu" advertised at €6.40 suddenly became €6.90 at the till (I should point out that I did indeed buy a 33cl can of soda). When I pointed this out to the cashier, showing him the price, he simply replied that his till gave him that amount. It's not the amount itself that's the issue; I don't care because I paid anyway. It's simply a matter of deceiving customers, even for just a few cents. That's unacceptable.

First experience at a Marie Blachère café, and a very positive and satisfying experience. A clean café, a friendly and efficient service, and good products. Highly recommended! 👍

I don't understand the comments about the atmosphere; it's welcoming and clean—the cleaning is done several times a day. The food options are varied and quite good—special mention for the brownie, the tarts, the pizzas, and the generous size of the sandwiches. I would have deducted a star for the service provided by some staff members, but I'd like to raise the overall rating, and it wouldn't be fair to the team members, who are mostly energetic and attentive.

Great bakery with excellent products, especially the baguettes. Thank you to Simon for his warm welcome and smile every time; he is very professional, welcoming, and helpful.

Very expensive. The chocolate croissant wasn't bad, but not as good as average; it's not worth the price, which is much higher than average.

Despite reading bad reviews about this place, we had no choice but to get something to eat for our long bus trip. It was delicious and fresh. I do recommend it.

I like the products. Good value for money... but there's ONE waitress who is not at all welcoming... (I politely asked her to let a gentleman in a wheelchair go ahead of me after her seat had been taken three times) and she rudely brushed me off... It's a shame, this won't encourage me to come back...
