I ordered a set menu (main course and dessert) for €24.90, including a Perrier with syrup for €4.70. I had mussels with Roquefort cheese and fries. The mussels were very small with hardly anything inside. The sauce was very average, definitely not homemade. The dessert was a meringue ice cream. It looked nice, but the ice cream inside wasn't good. I ate on the terrace with a member of staff who was cleaning the windows. On the plus side, the waitress was very friendly. I should have gone to the beach; that was my first idea. I don't know if it's very busy. I went there around 7 pm.

I had come several times with friends, and it was always very good. I had often recommended it. I think there's been a change of ownership. Disappointment: the mussels marinière were swimming in a greasy, brown sauce. The waiter told me, "That's normal, we use snail butter!" No, it didn't even taste like that! I left many mussels, unopened, in the pot. The others were very small and, more importantly, shriveled up; if I ate a quarter of the contents, that was the absolute maximum. As a result, we left without ordering dessert, and we won't be back! I won't be recommending it anymore! What a shame!

After an hour and a half of searching for a restaurant on the beach, we finally settled on this brasserie on Saturday evening (a very busy night). A man (who seemed to be the manager) gave us a very warm welcome. Since he couldn't seat us on the terrace, he placed us in a quiet room near an open window to let in some fresh air. We had a very good meal, and the staff, although overwhelmed, served us quite quickly and professionally. We had a lovely time. The cuisine is French-style, and it was delicious. A great find! We'll definitely be bringing our friends here from now on to eat at the beach! Thank you so much!

Sunday, July 12th, seafood platter at L'Amiral. Delicious, generous, fresh, and very well presented. Warm welcome, served by Catherine, who was very energetic, pleasant, and attentive. I recommend this restaurant for its quality and very reasonable price. Thank you for this lovely moment enjoying the platter. Plus, in an air-conditioned room. Best of luck to the staff.
