The owner of this butcher shop is polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and the meat is of excellent quality. He offered me tender, sinew-free red meat, which I was slightly skeptical about because meat without any flaws... well, you don't really believe it. But after cooking it (medium for one, rare for another, and very rare for the last), the meat was still incredibly tender, a real treat, no matter how I cooked it. It was exactly as he described! I've found my butcher shop!!

A traditional, local shop offering affordable, high-quality, homemade products; the terrines are truly excellent. The pizzas are generous and flavorful—a real treat.
