For dinner: the salmon tartare is very good. In contrast, the vegetarian lasagna is tasteless and served with old leaves, or rather, "stems" of lettuce. Desserts are good but ordinary. Be careful with the red wine served warm. A major plus: the service by two young women was excellent despite the restaurant being full of a group.

I went to the grocery store bar on May 24th at 9 PM to ask for a simple ham and butter sandwich. (It was a Sunday evening in the area, and nothing was really open for that kind of thing. You can usually find everything in a grocery store, and I didn't really feel like spending a fortune on a restaurant that night. I wanted to enjoy a walk along the seafront...) I was greeted curtly. The restaurant and bar were full, and I think they treated me like a pauper (like, "Go check out the restaurants on the beach, see if they'll make you a ham and butter sandwich..."). There was no goodbye, no apology. And this is a 4-star hotel! I'm sure a luxury hotel in Deauville could make you a homemade ham and butter sandwich in no time. I'll go back when the place is barricaded for the PSG match. I should be able to get in then 😂😂😂 Sincerely, and obviously, I'm not thanking you.

We went for brunch, but they said that they do it only one Sunday of the month. So, we end up having lunch. We ordered cabillaud, Saumon tartar and croque monsieur and they all tasted great! The service was also friendly.

Disappointment for us tonight. The place and atmosphere are pleasant, and the waitress was quite agreeable. However, the wait for our main course was very long (about 30 minutes, while other tables seemed to be served before us). The dishes weren't what we expected from the menu: the truffle ravioli had almost no truffle flavor, and mine was more like a gratinéed vegetable lasagna than a Comté cheese lasagna. The value for money wasn't there for us tonight. We won't be returning and suggest the chef revise the dish descriptions to better reflect what's actually on the plate.

Excellent restaurant that I highly recommend! The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the service impeccable. A big thank you to our server Axelle, who was truly wonderful: smiling, attentive, and very professional from beginning to end. She helped make our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The welcome, the atmosphere, the food, and as a bonus, the chef came to greet us. The only downside is the price, which is a bit high, but we were at the Hilton after all 😊

The quality has dropped significantly. I ordered a burger. The chicken was extremely overcooked. The fries were frozen. The sauce was supposed to be barbecue, but it was actually canned tomato sauce. It was far too expensive for what it was. The service was good, and the place was quiet (no other customers in the restaurant). I won't be going back.

We had a wonderful time! The meal was delicious, with a special mention for the cordon bleu, which was truly exceptional. 👌 The welcome was incredible, warm, and attentive from beginning to end. A very lovely place, a cozy atmosphere, and impeccable service for sharing a delicious meal: thank you to Matthieu, the restaurant manager, for his professionalism, attentiveness, and advice… and the extra touch of candles for my birthday! 🥳 The quality of the food is excellent. We will gladly return.
