Snack Del Mondo

I ordered four oriental burgers with patties supposed to weigh 180g each. To my surprise, my burger contained only two measly 45g patties. Where did the others go?

Since the reopening, we've noticed quite a few changes, unfortunately not for the better. We placed an order online at 8 PM, with an estimated delivery time of less than 40 minutes, but it wasn't delivered until 9:10 PM. We ordered four kebabs, none of which were really good: dry bread, barely cooked fries, and our request for no tomatoes, cabbage, or lettuce wasn't honored (three pieces of tomato were waiting for me in the sandwich). Small portions and a decline in quality. I'm really disappointed; it's a shame because it used to be much better. We won't be setting foot in Snack Del Mondo again anytime soon.

The food is cool and sociable, however, the food itself isn't very good: the meat is overcooked and very unpleasant, and the fries are undercooked and not crispy enough. I don't recommend it.

We've been trying to contact the snack bar or the pizzeria for over a week now and we've had no response even though it says "open" the website no longer works knowing that we're never given a piece of paper to see everything they offer it's complicated, yet we're never disappointed with what we eat, the kebabs are well filled, white sauce maybe too vinegary and tacos very loaded. Please make sure you specify when you are closed that would avoid spending more than 30 minutes trying to contact

I used to order and had no complaints. The last few times I ordered there was a wait of over 2 hours, hair in the sandwich... last time the meat was awful and I was given the runaround on the phone.

Dry tacos with no cheese sauce! Bad-faith phone conversation! This is the last time after multiple attempts! Zero customer service! I'm giving one star because I can't give zero!

Cold panini! Full kebab with samurai sauce, the sauce was sickening. Avoid this place! It's unacceptable to cook in these conditions, and even worse to serve this to customers! Only the Coke was good 😂.

On January 5, 2024, at the La Brèque roundabout in Harfleur at 7:00 PM, I was overtaken like a maniac by a Berlingo Del Mondo! Extremely dangerous driving! Completely crazy, no turn signals, phone in hand, gangster style, lol. Boss, something needs to be done! Mandatory monitoring of your drivers and vehicles without broken lights.

Home delivery from Harfleur to Harfleur, and it arrives cold... I order regularly because they accept cash... and because it's good... otherwise...

We've placed several orders with Del Mondo and there's always a problem. Sometimes it's the wrong order, sometimes the wrong ingredients in the kebabs, or they've forgotten a sandwich. The person on the phone wasn't very friendly, and they offered no compensation for any of the omissions! Shameful.

I've been ordering from Snack del Mondo for years. Over time, their service has gotten progressively worse. They advertise a 90-minute delivery, which turns into a 2-hour wait... Today, I didn't receive the correct order, so I called... they told me, "Sorry, I'll send it again soon." My order arrived 30 minutes later... and guess what? It was the same "wrong" order. What's more, despite these recurring errors, they never offer any compensation. Honestly, avoid them.

I gave it 1 star, but it doesn't even deserve that 😡 Order placed online, over 1.5 hours late 😡 Very unfriendly delivery driver 😡 And cold food 😡😡😡 Avoid at all costs+++++ We're done with them!
