Le Café d'Harfleur

After reading some unpleasant reviews about this place, I feel compelled to respond. The Harfleur café is a welcoming place where it's pleasant to come for a coffee or other beverage. The staff at this café are very friendly, competent, and attentive. I believe I read a comment describing the same staff and customers (myself included) as "disreputable." Aside from this unsubstantiated comment, I would like to point out that all the customers and staff are polite and respectful (you have to speak to them to find out). Also, I saw a comment that, again without any supporting evidence, stated "no respect for the neighbors." We are talking about a café with a terrace here. It seems perfectly normal that the "noise" that seems to bother you so much is the result of conversations between friends, children's voices, or a few barking dogs. Therefore, I would like to clarify that in France, every establishment is allowed to produce up to 80 decibels until 10 PM. This evening, starting at 8:30 PM, the tables and chairs were beginning to be put away (with the help of the customers). Finally, I would like to conclude by saying that it would be better to leave comments about this establishment if they were based on some kind of truth.
