If you're in a hurry to go to Quick, it's nothing like fast food. It's incredibly slow!

Good atmosphere

I went to eat at Quick and was disappointed by the cleanliness. The table was dirty when I arrived. I asked a staff member to clean it, but no one came. In the end, I had to clean the table myself before I could eat. It's a shame, because a minimum level of cleanliness and responsiveness is expected in a restaurant. I hope this will be improved for future customers.

Aside from talking amongst themselves, they can't do anything. Bunch of incompetents! They have to be incredibly incompetent to forget cheddar fries, a hamburger, and get the dessert wrong on a kids' meal. Then, giving out old, size 40 red socks as a gift in a Magic Box for a 4- or 5-year-old is just brilliant. Quit your job if you don't like it. The toilets weren't clean and they smelled very bad.

I bought two set meals, plus two extra burgers. We specifically asked for mayo, but we received two ketchups and one mayonnaise. We also ordered a Sprite with ice and an iced tea without ice. But, as if that wasn't enough, we got two Sprites without ice. Disgraceful for over 44 euros.

The wait times are too long, and there are no customization options. There are always problems with my orders every time I come. It's a shame because the burgers are good.
